Regulation - what's all that about then?

Weren't we already regulated? You would think so with the number of people still saying the public should avoid unregulated will writers, but when it becomes enshrined in law, what are the key benefits you will see for you and your firm? Do you think the cowboys will pack up and go home? Will the senior partner stop using the secretary to draft the wills? Will non solicitors be on an equal footing in the eyes of solicitors at last?
