June 19th 2012 - A request from Paul Sharpe - Chair of the IPW
As I am sure you are all aware, there are proposals to make the delivery of Willwriting and Estate Administration in England and Wales regulated services.
The IPW has published a discussion document which is attached. PLEASE INVEST TIME TO READ THIS. What is being discussed WILL affect you if you plan to be offering Willwriting and/or Estate Admin services 2 years from now.
Alongside this document there is a survey in which we would like to collect your views on key aspects of the regulatory proposals. The link to the survey is: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/regulation-survey
There are also 3 regional meetings at which the issues surrounding regulation will be discussed. The details of these are as follows:
